If applicable, we may also submit Form 8821 as part of the filing process. Your EIN will be delivered to the email address you provide.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By submitting an application, you confirm that you are either the business owner, the responsible party, or an authorized agent with permission to submit information on behalf of the entity.
Use of this service by anyone not meeting these requirements is unauthorized and violates these Terms of Service.
Document Preparation and Filing
To prepare and file your EIN application, we rely entirely on the information you provide through our online forms. You agree that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and up to date.
If required information is missing or does not match IRS records, we may contact you to correct it before proceeding. However, we do not verify your application for typos, spelling mistakes, or incorrect business names unless the IRS specifically returns an error. If an application contains a misspelling or incorrect entity name that the IRS accepts, it will be processed as-is and we are not responsible for the consequences of such errors.
You understand and agree that we will only request modifications if the IRS notifies us of a data mismatch or processing issue. By submitting your application, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the entity listed, either as the responsible party or a designated agent.
Pricing, Payments, and Refunds
Our service fee covers the preparation, review, and submission of your EIN application to the IRS, completed on your behalf with your authorization. You understand that applying for an EIN is free when done directly through the IRS at IRS.gov. Our service is entirely optional and is provided for those who prefer guided support, error reduction, and faster handling.
Payment is required at the time you submit your application through our website. We typically submit applications to the IRS a few hours after receiving your payment, which gives clients a brief window to modify or cancel their application. If your application has not yet been submitted to the IRS, you may request a full refund — no questions asked and with no processing fee.
Once your application has been submitted to the IRS, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. If your EIN application is rejected due to a Reference 101 error , and we are unable to resolve it, we will issue a full refund, and guide you how to move on, free of charge.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where services were rendered as described.
We also reserve the right to offer discounts or change pricing at any time. Official IRS EIN confirmation letters will be mailed directly by the IRS to the address provided in your application.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content, software, products, or services obtained from or through this site.
